UNLOCK OUTFITS
The unlock outfits code is simple In the edit town mode, before you enter CAS you hit CTRL SHIFT C and type in "unlockoutfits on" without the quotation
marks. Then you can go into CAS and all of the NPC outfits, hidden makeup and such will be unlocked. You have to enter this code before you enter CAS
or it won't work. If you get lost, you can type in "Help" into the code box before entering CAS and it will show you the code to unlock all of the outfits!
