:) :shock: :wink: Please Read.
Today I tried the above Tutorial and it did work.
I took a sim to China and typed in Testingcheatsenabled true then shift cicked the floor and choose...Build on this Lot. Its brilliant being able to add items and re-decorate the Base Camp! But at home you need to put a microwave and Dishwasher in their 'Box' as you can use what is in it. As you can use buydebug as well! but there was no Martial Arts dummy or blocks so I just took her to the shop.
BTW I took my sim to a local community lot when she went home and it works on local lots too...brilliant.
