To Colour any 'Active' Sim in CAS
You use "testingcheatsenabled true". Then shift-click on the active sim. You should get the "edit sim in create a sim" option. Once you have your Sim in create-a-sim, you can edit however you want, and save it to your bin if you like.
To Colour a Unicorn in CAS
This does NOT work on unicorns so if you have a person active and click on a unicorn, then you should have a "saddle" option, which has the "edit saddle" sub option. That will take the unicorn into cas and you can change it's coat color and saddle. You can then save it to your bin (the little "..." symbol next to the sim's thumbnail). Then you can create a new unicorn any time you want to.
