Hi a Hint for simmers who upload 'LOTS TO THE EXCHANGE'
The Description is really useful if you write one saying what is on the lot like Rooms and special items such as a Hot Tub etc You can even say what can a sim do on the lot like get married, have a party, spend the night etc.
Its also very useful it you can put in the Title what kind of Lot it is especially Community lots.
Why I wrote this is because I looked at a lot on the exchange and it had no Description but I could see in the Pictures (they added) that it was a Wedding Venue and I had no nidea from its Title what it was.
RECOLOURED Objects
I personally recolour nearly everything in my lots so simmers appreciate the effort put in to make it look good. I see many lots with Furniture/items that have not been recoloured at all even in contests, its a shame to see.. as you have more chance of gaining a good reputation for your work and also will have more chance of winning a place in a Contest.
