Tip for Sim Artwork for walls
As paintings take ages and will not upload if framed, I always use a sim or two with top photography skill. Photographs are fast and you can check instantly if the picture is what you require. So use or create a sim with the right traits, I always give the 'Love the outdoor's' trait as I send the sim on holidays abroad and all around town taking pictures all day. They will learn fast and if you want cheap pictures get the sim to take a few pictures of the same subject, this makes pictures cheaper as you get told off for taking the same ones! Perfect for a starter home.
Do write about the sim and what they have then save your photographer sim on the map view, so you can use them over and over and on other worlds as well. I also get that sim to buy nectar in France as they are always useful to fill racks in future builds.
