A quick Tip/Hint
I often use carpet, metal, stone or even leather on walls to get a textured surface rather than a shiny one, also on kitchen unit tops as they often 'glare' in the light.
The Condo build has mostly carpet on the walls for a tropical textured look as I did not want wicker or weave for a city apartment.
