As I always build with 1 or 2 sims so I can save, add pictures/nectar/sculptures/books and objects bought with sims Lifetime reward points. Here are some sims I use often and do read the description as they have many skills and objects included.
Paul Top Level Painter

Paul is level 10 Painter and job level 9, he has done all 3 Painting challenges and now paints a lot of Masterpieces. Has nearly 50,000 Lifetime points still to spend, wearing basic clothes and hair for smaller upload, so can be madeover to suit you. Sim by luckyheather with No CC or CAP patterns

She has 10 handy, 7 painting, 7 photography, 6 gardening etc. Dressed in ingame clothes and No CC or CAP patterns, she just has a couple Tattoos so easy to upload/download. Her bag has plenty of harvest/seeds and some pictures she has done, her Camera has a lot of Riverview pics in still so I hope she is useful.

Over 46,000 Points to spend with plenty of rewards bought. Skills Athletic 6, Cook 4, Gardening 6, Handiness 5, Martial Arts 7. Also 3 Star Celeb so gets plenty of cut price or Freebies. Nice Sim and No CC
