For Building Starters or Budget Builds
when you have harvest plant on a lot, you should harvest the plants before moving your tester sim off and saving to share. The harvest will make the price vary!
Also any sim Art/Pictures will make the price change constantly as they gain in worth all the time so it is best not to use them in a budget build.
Tip
Dont use a sim with the Architect job as at first the price will have the discount but go away and come back to the build and the prices shoot up to over what they normally cost! I dont know why but it does do this, myself and others find this.
