Tip for a 'Stuck' Sim
In the cheat bar type mooveobjects on and in buy mode use the hand to lift and move a sim then turn the cheat off. This is really useful if a sim is stuck in an object or on a patch of floor etc, especially as a stuck sim can slow your game up.
I recently did this to a paparatzi that would not leave inside the home and kept talking to my sims so they would not do as I asked, so just built a wall around the garden and put her outside it. She was fine and started to chat on her mobile.
