I've resurrected ghosts in every hood except HS (I don't have LL), but in my game, the only ones with this skin are the Barnacle Bay Pirates. My Twinbrook ghosts came back with regular skin.
I read in another forum that the store hood ghosts all come back with a different skin, but I don't know if that's true. I should do a HS sim and a BB non-pirate ghost to see what I get.
