My St. Charles Streetcar (A16) is available for download. A little lot inspired by the historic old streetcar in New Orleans.

Bourbonnais Townhouse433 Mardi Gras Plaza (Map A12) DOWNLOADPICTURE ALBUM Bourbonnais Townhouse is fully furnished and ready for your sims to move in. It’s an Italianate architectural style featuring ornate railings and cornices and consists of three floors of living spaces. The main floor has a foyer, a large parlor, a formal dining room, a small den, a butler’s pantry, a powder room, a spacious kitchen and a laundry room. The 2nd floor has an interesting layout, with a study, a bathroom and the primary bedroom with ensuite bath accessed from the hallway, however, the other 2 ensuite bedrooms are accessed from the outdoor balcony and are furnished as kids’ rooms. Moving on to the 3rd floor you’ll find a home theater with a bar and snack area and another bathroom. There’s not really a backyard, but there is a courtyard and balcony space for outdoor living. If this townhouse is too large or not your cup of tea, there are 2 other townhouse shells built on this lot, which would need to be laid out and furnished to your liking (you’ll just need to remove the hidden room markers.) Note: If you decide to modify any of the buildings on my lot (whether it's the main house or the shell buildings), the game won't allow you to because there are hidden room markers in the shell houses. To override this, you will need to enter this cheat in the cheat window: "RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings off" (without the quotes of course), and then you will be able to use build/buy to make modifications.

Not every last one of those but wherever it works out. I upgrade appliances, etc., to unbreakable whenever that is appropriate or to something else when it isn't. So, you won't need to worry about hidden wall speakers breaking. I did not put them in bedrooms or in the family room/play area which has it's own stereo. There is one behind the china cupboard in the formal dining room that I lowered a bit with debug enabler to completely hide it. If you look under the house at foundation level, you see it hovering there, but that's not really where it is. It's really in the dining room, where you could also see it if you moved the china cupboard. Only mentioning it so you know not to delete it if you see it under the house.Finishing this took me longer than expected. My mom was in the hospital (again - several times this year) with the flu, followed by a bit of rehab, and just got home yesterday. I have managed not to get the flu myself! Yay. On to the French Quarter build. I have something in mind based on a house I saw. We'll see if that works out 🙃

Since a fully loaded Bayou Bijou includes many highly detailed builds, we recommend you adjust your in-game settings lower for optimal gameplay.

Download and install the empty base world
Download and extract the world save file
Place the extracted folder under .... \Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves before launching your game

CLAIMING OVERVIEW

Download the Bayou Bijou empty base world created by the talented Hidehi2.
Take a look at the lists of available lots using the Map posts as reference (see links above).

Just finished going through all the builds ..... how fun, now I finally have the appropriate city to add my Pendergast book characters to, thank you for compiling the maps and providing the link. See you on our next adventure and hopefully will be able to provide my CAW for the group in the not so distant future.

I'm curious what theme y'all will choose next time. I was hoping for something ethnic from Asia, Europe, Africa or South America, but whichever theme will be choosed, I'm sure buildings will be great.

Hello everyone!

We're assuming that most people will probably want to select which lots they'd like to add to their Bayou Bijou world, but for those who may want to have a world with all the lots placed, I have created a world save for you.
Just click on this zip file link to download the folder and place it in your "Electronic Arts/Sims 3/Saves" folder before launching your game.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to have the Bayou Bijou empty base world downloaded and installed in your game prior to adding my world save folder, otherwise it won't load the save. You can find the link to the base world in the main post.

This was such a fun collaboration!! Thank you to all who participated and thank you to Hidehi2 for creating the beautiful base world. Also a big thank you to soocoolsim for hosting and always updating the collaboration thread, keeping us all organized and creating such fabulous video tours.

I like music in the last one too. I thought showing interiors might make overviews too long and boring, but it turned out pretty well at the end.
