Did you create her in CAS? If so she may still be in your game. If you go to "Edit Game", and then click on households, she may still be in there! :) Did that make sense?

Doesn't that only work with NPCs Downloaded and Saved sims though?
I've never seen any other sims pop up otherwise in CAS.
Checking households is a good idea though, as the dashboard tends to save most :)
