Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? Garden, pool, hot tub, barn(2 stables) small gym , activity room, basement (with daycare). Here is an idea of a set up, doesn't have to be like this.

As far as the activity room, if you can fit them in the room that's fine. If you feel I'm requesting too many bedrooms, dropping down to 8 or 7 is cool. I also do not mind splitting houses ( i.e playing 2 houses). I really appreciate you guys for doing this! Thank you!!!!
