@StephSteb , I'm finished with your request. Since you left the house style up to me, I went with a rustic mountain style home and thought the Hidden Springs world was perfect for it. :)
It has a 2-story tall living room with a fireplace that's open to the kitchen area and features a loft area that has a view of the living room below. It also features an art studio, a music room with a party area complete with a bar, dance floor and special lighting. It's decorated in the colors you asked for, a neutral color scheme throughout, with rooms in some of your favorite color combos - blue and brown and teal and orange. The butler's bedroom has it's own bath and is tucked away in the back corner of the house, away from the family area. You didn't want a large basement, so I only put the nectary and the alchemy room down there. I left the backyard open (no fencing) for a more natural look, but feel free to add in a fence if needed. And as you requested, no pool or hot tub, but it does have a large patio area with a bbq and seating, and a good sized play area and a fenced in garden. I hope you like!
