Victorian@Bzaar, I will go ahead and proceed with your build, per what we have already discussed through PM.
Just to reiterate:
1) you are now wanting just a typical traditional house with wood siding (rather than a Victorian)
2) no patterns on walls, but patterns are ok elsewhere
3) brown is ok if it is in wood, i.e., furniture, paneling or flooring
3) you don't want a garage, just a parking spot
4) and you'd like me to decorate in a similar style and color scheme that you saw in one of my builds (Birdsong Homestead).
Do you like to see work in progress pictures as I go along, or would you like to be surprised at the end? Thanks, I look forward to building this house for you.
