Additional instructions? This house will be the vacation home for my sims in Shang Simla. My female sim is a genie who is half Japanese/half Indian. My male sim is a faerie. They will have a little one on the way soon (gender unknown). Babies & toddlers cannot travel, but children can join, so activities both for fun and for leveling skills is appreciated for them as the adults are out. A gym with the martial art equipment is needed, along with a nice spa area. My sims have a wide variety of skills, so the more included the better! No butler quarters are needed as there are none in vacation worlds, a garage is not needed either, as they either get picked up or take the scooter. Upgrading appliances is not needed either, as I enjoy doing that with my sims. :)
To note: my last build my computer broke and was in the shop for months because the pandemic closed the repair shop down for a while- but I have it back and everything is running wonderfully, so communication will not be a problem at all for me. :)
