Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? a miny garden, and then if it could have the cows and chickens from the store, and a barn with at least 2 stalls for horses (nothing huge), a little patio with a grill/ seating, and if it looks okay a place where the horses can train ( this is optional idrc) and somewhere a car can be parked
Is communication required before the builder begins work? yes please :)
Additional instructions? a huge front porch, with an open layout inside, very fresh and cleanly decorated, lots of plants and pictures around inside. a big kitchen with the bakers station & pizza oven from the store ( or a spot for them) a sun room with some sort of hobby in it, lots of windows in general, a place for a computer ( doesn't have to be an office), a fire place in main living room, access to the back yard from inside and from the front. preferably 2 stories high.
