It had been some time since Cameron asked Ace to marry him – he asked the moment they found out it was now legal. And of course, who better to help Ace plan his wedding than, well, me?
Once we got all the kinks worked out, it was time to have his bachelor party. He'd be married in two weeks. Time just flew.
My friends Marlene and Inina from my art school (they're in the dance program) said they knew a guy who specialized in bachelorette party entertainment and that he wouldn't mind doing one for a guy. So we hired him, and he was a blast! He wanted us to dance with him, he had a good musical taste and a nice butt (Ace's words, not mine.)
The whole thing was held in my home, because Ace was going through a patch of social anxiety and didn't want to be crowded, but it all worked out.
Ace had a blast watching Nathan do his thing. I think we all enjoyed it.
