Actually just a remodel/recolor of the General Store from Champs le Sims; I emptied it out so people can decorate as desired. I use the building as a combination consignment store/elixir shop; the regular consignment register on the first floor, the elixir register on the second, and in the little annex in the 3rd floor, I put an alchemy station and gem cutter so my cashless Sims can work on their skill and my collector Sims can cut their gems then go downstairs to sell them until they get the money to buy their own. The roof pattern can be changed once we actually get DV. 20x20 lot so easy to squeeze in.

Dive bar/tavern; not exactly where the elite meet. Restrooms in the basement, second floor game room. 30x30 lot. Mostly base game and Late Night, but items from store, Supernatural, Pets and Showtime as well, plus windows from World Adventures but you'll probably want to switch those out for the windows that come with DV. No CC, just recolors of EA items.
