First fishing spot! The ocean one, with saltwater fish. I did not add any bathrooms or anything to this one as it is a somewhat narrow lot and they would have detracted. However, it is to be placed right next to the boardwalk and performance park, both of which have bathrooms and eating places. There is not lot in Majix for this yet, you'll have to place a 25x50 at an angle between the boardwalk lot and 5 Water Lily Lane. Meg will add a lot in the next version of Majix.
