If you have
Twallan's Master Controller, you can reset the lot and see if that fixes it. I didn't encounter any routing issues with that particular lot, but the game sometimes has a mind of its own. Also, reset everything in the town once in awhile and use
Twallan's Overwatch to remove the thousands of vehicles that accumulate to prevent lag.
