Hi guys, Here is the Eclipse House, a modern house I built for the Gift of Creation game. :)

Details: Living room, kitchen, patio, upper deck, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. This house is turn key ready! Completely furnished and ready to go!
Is CC, CAP or CAW Used? No. I do not have any CC in my game anymore with the exception of one hair style (the one in my avatar). I tried to keep items limited to base game and the packs that @Creativity_Rulez owns. The house has been Sim-tested and custard checked. Due to the computer/game problems I have been experiencing lately, I didn't get to Sim-test the house more than one Sim day before my computer froze again. Also, the patio set with the table and chairs is shown in the photo, but I forgot to put it back on the patio before I teleported it to the Exchange. Sorry about that. I hope you like the house, @Creativity_Rulez!
