Thanks guys. I think I have it now. Anyway I turned the Sandy Place into a dive bar. It seems to be fairly popular too. I guess there is not much else happening on that side of town. That area reminds me of some of the old Arizona mining towns, many have which now been built up again and turned into trendy artist communities.
