The Hatter is Mad and Evil but his interest in Inventions makes him perfect for a Steampunk home in Midnight Hollow. He has a mix of skills including 6 Handyness and 6 Inventing, he had a diving class as he has the diving suit. He has a pet snake called 'Alice' that is as nasty as him so watch the fingers. His lifetime is Tinkerer and has 9,695 points already. His clothes do have CAP patterns and No CC, so enjoy him as I am, and a Happy Halloween from luckyheather
