Built at 97 True Terrace MH that was Somber Beach, now a home for a Voodoo Priest or Priestess with two bedrooms and one and half bathrooms. Inspired by a Pratchett book where the Voodoo lady lived over a Croc filled swamp, there are Croc/fish generators and other creepy crawlies useful for Magic. The Chickens are on top balcony and plenty room for growing harvest, bee hive by shop, gem cutter, alchemy table are ready to use. Bike and Scooter as no broom needed for Voodoo. No CC/CAP Upgraded but for the fire as I missed it, so do put an alarm or upgrade with a sim.
