I started with Grimm's Ghastly Manor on a 50x50 lot. Swapped out all the *green* plants and trees with Midnight Hollow plants and trees. Then I added "Ye Olde Inn" that has sleeping rooms in the upstairs area. The main level has a bar, dance floor, and musical instruments. In the *area* under the cemetery, there is a science experiment room, alchemy room, and magic room with a couple of dragon eggs.
The lot includes the Gauntlet, Haunted House, Pumpking patch and a few other surprises.
No CC. Only store items and expansion packs.
