Okay, I got couple of pictures :).

Pizza looks like.. pizza :D, this one is double cheese and sims can do it without cooking skills:

I got the Market too, my sim found some awesome stuff there but Im not going to give any spoilers out at this point let´s just say that I was very pleased when I saw what I could buy from there:

I placed the HS festival lot into one of the 50x50 lot and replaced the trees with the ones that came with Monte Vista. My sim ran into pregnant lady:
