Hi I do not have Monte Vista yet so I have been doing a few builds, I hope it is ok to share the Links here :) I have bookmarked so I can admire and Rec all the entries.

This Italian Family Villa who's name means The Serene House, will be perfect for 'Monte Vista' as the design is a mix of old and new for a family, with main bedroom, nursery, childs room with bunks and a large spare room for growth. A large kitchen and lounge and spiral stairs to the basement laundry room and a 'Man Cave' with pull up bar, inventors and chemist table. Outside has harvest, large pool, water slide and dine undercover. Some objects are upgraded and extra books, with No CC or CAP patterns.
