I'm definitely grabbing this one next time I'm playing the game -- been looking for a good dance club for Monte Vista. I'd put a house in that little 20x20 space inside the walled city (I'd grabbed it from Champs les Sims and redid the walls), but this will work much better.
Still in the process of reworking my town, while playing my family there; I have a wedding hall that I hope to upload to the Exchange on Tuesday next time I'm in game; just got my couple married there and it worked well (other than Dino Costa dying of old age between the ceremony and reception).
