Welcome to Luogo di Rindotti - Rindotti's Place - a Local Watering Hole for Monte Vista. It was created on a 20x30 lot at 18 Veronaville #C. It was play-tested and uses Monte Vista, EP and Store content but does not have any CC, which was checked and verified with Custard.

Legend has it that the old stone tower is a portion of the original home of a 12th-century Tuscan nobleman named Guido Rindotti, who renounced his wealth and comfortable life for the life of a hermit. The stone structure was added to in later years and the building eventually became a well-known local watering hole in Monte Vista. Many residents still believe that Rindotti hid his wealth in the dark, dank basement which today is mostly used for storage.
Front exterior:

I placed a dance floor in the 'niche' area between the old stone tower and the main bar room, but you could put another bar there or anything else you wanted to.
Here are a couple of pictures of the main bar room:
.

Upstairs there is a lounge area with bookcases, board games, and a small balcony.

The first floor of the old stone tower has a pool table and dart board. The second floor is the Music Room. The third floor has restrooms and the fourth floor is empty for whatever your little heart desires. There are spiral staircases in the stone tower and they were play-tested and worked perfectly; however sometimes after downloading they might get flaky. If you have routing problems with the stairs, delete them with the hammer and then undo - they usually work after doing that.

I just love Monte Vista and had a great time creating this lot! :-)
