I built these because I wanted to live in the city center. The little tiny two-story house was too small, and I didn't want to pay nearly 300K simoleons to live in a house that is ludicrously over-sized and poorly laid out for a single family. So I converted it to a condominium. Funnily enough, the mail-lady lives right upstairs. I can see her walk downstairs in her uniform, stop off at the mailbox and deliver the mail, then leave on her route. She comes back a couple of hours later and goes back home.
One of my other neighbors is named "Sugar Free". She's a totally 80's gal. Big 80's updo, and she wears the aerobics outfit. I swear I didn't create her, she must have come with the 70's 80's 90's SP. I need to remember to ask her job, I bet she's a "Bachelor Party Dancer".
I guess I did ask her job, I just started up my game, and her career is indeed, "Party Dancer". Yay for the stripper neighbor!
