New Remaster of Oceanview

In 2014, I released a world called Oceanview. The world was so old (it was built on version 1.63!) that I decided to remaster it. I had also built it when I was sick, so there were parts of it that were semi-finished. Some of the revisions and fixes:

Better routing
Several brand new Late Night venues
The look of some sims have been updated/fixed, as they were exported with the wrong hairstyles and clothing
A large lake behind the plateau that used to be covered in routing paint is now open.
Several brand new households
Improved terrain sculpting and painting
Lots completely update and remodeled
10 new households
Much, much more!
