@soocoolsim, I'm ok with keeping everything in this thread, but I'm also ok with having a separate thread. What help am I? lol
The sleeper car designation sounds like a tricky one: Would the lot have to have a kitchen if it was designated a vacation home (which it won't have)? And if it's a community hangout, wouldn't it have to have a juice bar or food register, or can it still be designated hangout without all the bar stuff? And yeah, dorm is out since that's just for Uni.
