A completely furnished 2-story townhouse is ready for your sim family to move into. The exteriors are in the typical medieval half-timbered brightly painted facades. The yellow house is the one furnished and has a two-car garage with a laundry area, 3 bedrooms (two are kids' rooms) and 2 bathrooms, and a computer nook and bookcase on the 2nd floor landing. It has a fenced in side entrance to the front door, along with a small patio equipped with seating, a BBQ and chess table. Everything is upgraded as usual.
The other two townhomes are not laid out or designed (except for the small backyards). The small one does not have car space, however, the middle one has a carport and an enclosed entry. If you wish to do your own design in one of these two empty homes, just remove the hidden room markers and you can do your own thing.
Alsatian Maison De Ville is a lovely townhouse! 🙂The exterior design is very nice snd the colourful colours are pretty. The interior furnishing is lovely. The design of the rooms and layout are great. The blue, white and green colours of the bedrooms are very nice. The laundry room is great.
What a great pop of colour with Alsatian Maison de Ville Sandraelle ! Great use of the space focussing on the one unit which is well laid out! The updated decor is fresh and inviting and the nursery and kids rooms are totally darling. Sims are sure to enjoy their lovely new home very much! Links added to the News and Map B listings.
