Another mid-range apartment for you. This duplex apartment comes in a little under 50k simoleons. It features a large hall/study, kitchen-diner and lounge. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. It has access to 3 balconies. My test sim has left some potted plants on them, and furniture. She also upgraded everything to either fireproof or unbreakable.
Apartment block facilities include a gym, underground pool and laundry area. I've had trouble with setting npc doors - only half of them would accept it. There will be people, just not as many. It has a proper front door, set as front. I don't understand why but that's Sims 3 for ya! Place at 544 Rue Bartholdi.

Another great home whatsociallife ! Apartments la Liberte is sure to be a hit with sims in the rental market. The exterior is spot on with the inspiration architecture and I quite like the turret feature at the end. The build is a great complement to the lot next door.
