Woot, so glad I finally wrapped up the decor on this one. As usual, I've kept the store items minimal and only loaded up the EPs I tend to use more often. It's a large house but my tester sims seem to manage it quite well. I would probably remove the keg for my own gameplay since they seem to like that way way too much lol. Anyway, here is Maison Pfister, inspired by the historic home. Place at (A12) 41 Grand Rue.
This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home has been updated but retains its old world elegance. The open concept dining and kitchen, parlor and garage on main level lead out to the landscaped yard including a covered BBQ terrace and small play garden. The second floor includes the children's wing with 2 bedrooms, a nursery and study and the servants (or guest wing) on the opposite side with two additional bedrooms. If the family grows, these can of course be converted to their bedrooms instead. The third floor includes the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a large study, lounge and gym. The top floor is perfect for entertainment with a games room and bar lounge.
Maison Pfister is a very lovely home! 🙂The exterior design, wall textures, tower and roofing are very great! You have reflected the original so very well! The interior furnishing is very lovely ❤️The design of each room and area is very nice and lovely warm brown and green colours. The curtains are very pretty. It is a very lovely and special family home!
soocoolsim , Maison Pfister looks amazing and you really captured the look and feel of the real life one. Amazing work as always on the cfe'ed roofing above the two different types of turrets. A great mix of different colors and textures all around this huge house. And the interiors are beautiful and so many rooms!! One of my favorites is the office/den with that unique carpet pattern. Great job as usual!! 😀

soocoolsim , I had to look twice to make sure which one was the real Maison Pfister. It's an absolutely gorgeous, spacious and beautifully furnished home for a growing sim family.
I would have never thought of using thoses tiles as kitchen flooring but they look fab, especially using them at the entrance and as coving all around the room as well. 😍
By the way I love the moo'ed collum holding up the small tower and your roofing is perfect as always ... a magnificent addition to the Colmar section! 🌟🏆
