Maison St Jacques - 151 Rue Turenne
Remember the weird gypsy caravan last year? I think I've been pretty tame and authentic so far in this world, so I might have had a strange idea 😂. I found a cute pic of a little church in the Alsace and thought what can I do with that. So I've created a house from the shell. As the story goes, it was neglected and abandoned in La Petite Alsace, so a local moved in and transformed it into their family home. It now has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and many other features.

Maison St. Jacques is a very pretty renovated Church family home! ❤️The exterior design and tower are very nice! The interior furnishing and layout of each level are lovely. The blue, green and brown colours of the living, dining and kitchen rooms are very nice, and lovely designs and colors of the bedrooms. The dining nook with nice sunshine through the side windows is very nice. The outdoors dining balcony is great!

Thank you rosemow. Every inspiration I saw for a renovated church had plain white walls, so I did use a lot of bright colours to warm it up a bit 😁

whatsociallife , I'm so glad you've decided to make use of your inspiration for 'Maison St Jacques' as this now converted little church is just too cute ... you have managed to transform it into a beautiful family home. The execution of fitting in the various roofs is fabulous by the way!! 😍

I’m all for unusual builds whatsociallife 😀. Maison St Jacques is a great repurposed church. Love the colours that liven it up nicely. Links added to Map B. Well done! 🤩
