27 Grand Rue is a lovely build! 🙂The exterior design is very nice snd pretty flowers. The layout of the interior with the three residences is great.
27 Grand Rue is perfect for a large and multigenerational families ZeeGee1 ! I can envision grandparents enjoying their own space in the smaller unit and babysitting while the parents go to work. Links added to the News and Map A listings. Well done! 🤩
ZeeGee1 , Good to see another build from you. 😀The 3 homes on one lot is a great idea to fill the space on a larger lot, and I like that you furnished 2 of them to give people a choice. I also like that one is a larger family home, while the one on the end is a much smaller version.
LOL....I wondered about that "Approved" tag on our posts as well. Glad you brought this up and thank you to soocoolsim for posting the explanation from EA David. 🙂
