This two-story cozy home was was inspired by a real life home for sale in Colmar, although I did my own thing with the exterior colors. It features the typical half-timbered siding, flower-filled balconies, shuttered windows, lush landscaping, and a back yard pool overlooking the river with a BBQ and a hot tub. Inside is a foyer, a living room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen with a dining nook, 2 bedrooms, 1-½ bathrooms and a furnished attic (with a desk, treadmill and chess table). Sims will enjoy the spacious balcony that contains an outdoor fireplace, an easel, and loungers. A smaller balcony is accessed via the attic. There’s also a parking spot in front and a bicycle on the side. Everything is upgraded.

The flowerbeds,floral trees and landscaping are very pretty! Very nice pool and outdoors living and dining patio. The interior furnishing is very lovely! The layout is great. Very nice white, yellow and red colors. The patterned seating in the living room is very nice.
Fleurs Rouges is such a pretty home and reflects its name and inspiration so well. Love the interesting architecture esp the attic level, abundance of flowers and happy colour scheme of reds, oranges and yellows reflected inside and out. This home is perfect for a family even including the bonus of a lovely pool and patio to enjoy. Cute touches with the basket of beach towels near the hot tub and clutter under the side table.
