As for name, idk, I often give some working title at the beginning and get used to it so much, that I don't want to change it later. Though in this case I added one letter. 😆
Pearl Powidl is a lovely home! 🙂The exterior design and patterned walls are very nice. The front courtyard sitting area with the pretty flowers is very nice. The interior furnishing is lovely! The layout is great and very nice brown colours with touches of green. The floor tiling in the kitchen is very nice. The living room is a lovely warm place to enjoy sitting near the fireplace reading.
Chojrak75321 , I really like the cosy feel of Pearl Powidl inside and out, love the roofing over the balcony and the use of the striped awning ... looking forward to adding this beautiful home to Petite Alsace. 😍
By the way Almond Cheesecake is rather lovely too! You always come up with some great architectural designs 😁
Both Pearl Powidl and it's 'evil twin' are great lots Chojrak75321 ! Very unusual name and layout with the separated spaces accessible via the exterior stairs in Pearl Powidl. I like your use of the front yard for relaxing and the addition of the cheerful sunflowers. Nice cozy spaces on the interior and balcony for sims to enjoy.
