Vert Emeraude is a lovely family home! 🙂The exterior design, roofing and balconies are great! The green colour is pretty. The garage is great. Very nice outdoors dining patio. The interior furnishing and layout is lovely! The floral wall panelling in the kitchen is pretty.

EDIT: Got it in game now and it's so adorable. You really got a lot in on such a small lot. Love the color scheme on the exterior, the cute little balconies and dormers and the inviting backyard that overlooks the river. Inside it's decorated so nicely and really does have a cozy feel. Great little house (and love the name you chose for it too!) 😀
