It´s a dive bar hidden in the basement of a repair shop (if you consider to play Roaring Heights as city of the Roaring Twenties with prohibition around).

Items: No cc but Store and some EPs and SPs, I would recommend the Cars Stuff Pack and Ambitions to make the lot look right. In the backyard should be enough space to place the coming Premium Item Car, which you can fix.
Enjoy and if I come home early from work tomorrow, I will start the destillery (Necatrium) hidden in a toy fabric :wink: .
