Hi everyone. I've been a huge fan of these threads for a long time, and I finally have something to contribute.
This is my first ever Exchange upload. I welcome constructive criticism... but be nice. It has literally taken me weeks to work up the courage!

25 Beach Road, RH
No CC, No CAP, Play tested
This build is based upon a real home, built as an exhibit for the 1933 World's Fair in Chicago. The home now resides here in my native Indiana, on a beach in Beverly Shores. I've grown up admiring it, and when RH was announced I knew I had to build it.

I used mainly base game textures and coloring, to keep it simple. I also tried to refrain from store items or too many EP items, so it was accessible to more people. It does contain RH items.
More information about the real life house and my build can be found in my blog: http://www.thesims3.com/myBlog.html?persona=bluebythebook
