edit to add the name All-n-One hangout 60X60 lot size
finally finishd my all in one Kar ran into a little snag with the roller coaster and rebuilt it, play tested it this evening
has a coffee bar, swimming pool,gym ,showers chess table, arcade machines, downstairs bathroom and play area for kids sandpit,see saw and two swings
edit as i couldn't spell play fixed it
