Well it would depend on the lot size but if there is no room for a large coaster then maybe a small one.

Well, if it is a 64x64 lot that doesn't mean you will be able to fit a roller coaster on it unless you remove all of the existing buildings. But that would probably defeat the purpose of doing it in the first place.
