Cat, it's only a 40x40 lot. I'll add what I can and would like to put a small tent in there somewhere but sims have to be able to move around in the lot.
A lot of Sims are visiting it and using its facilities even now when I'm building it.
I've only seen one with a routing issue - and that was because he wanted to enter from the side where there were no steps and a fence was in his way. Once he worked out there was an entrance with steps he ran there and all was good. Sims are jumping out of boats on both sides of the lot.
They like the keg I put in that high bridge across the entrance.
