Regina, cheers for the nice words. Yes, I had to have an old folks home. I don`t want to sound heartless but there comes a time when that childless couple perhaps don`t need that big, old house to themselves.
Regarding the possibility of larger lots and where they are on the island... Regina, I tried to add some more 60x60 lots (particularly in Pine Hollow) but it was tear city central station. I tried to iron out the tears in those areas but fought a losing battle with every one. This happened in other areas too, if it wasn`t lot tearing it was road tearing so I compromised, hence where the lots are and why those lots are the sizes they are.
I would have loved a nice 60x60 right up there in Pine Hollow but not to be.
Oh well...
But thanks for having a look, and there`s nothing like a good drive round your island to get a nice behind the wheel view.
