Don`t worry about it, no need to apologise, I`m just happy your problem has sorted itself out. Every now and then something happens in Sims 3 (especially since I started playing my own world) that makes you think "oh! oh! here we go!" but it`s usually something relatively easily sorted. I have had a few of those moments though.
I actually had to delete a bar/pub in SH as no-one seemed to be able to dance together on the dancefloor, I built a new bar on the same lot and it`s fine now. Anyways, I`m glad to hear you like SH and if you do experience any weirdness just let me know.
