Funny about the pub thing. I built one in Mesa Valley, and no sims will autonomously go to it. If I send my own playables there, and they call other Sims to come and join them, they will arrive, but they won't come to the community lot on their own.
Usually on a Com lot, if you send your playable there, other Sims will just turn up, but in this case.. nothing. And I cannot for the life of me figure out why.
I know its a lot issue, because I previously had it in Oasis Island too, and the same thing was happening. Its not a world issue, but something I've done when building, but I don't know what.
