Gillie, I hope you manage to access SH in your game tomorrow, um..today. No-one`s reported any problem with SH not showing up in their game after installing it. Good luck with it today. Hope it works out.
Poor MarioSim, it`s a nice avatar. It`s just kinda heavy with the green, but I can tell from that green twinkle in his eye that he wouldn`t mind knowing he was making you feel a wee bit better.
have2admit, glad to hear you are liking SH so far. Okay, the graveyard crowded signal...this afternoon I sent a sim to the graveyard to fish in the graveyard`s ponds and you are right, he complained about not being able to really go anywhere after I click on the pond for him to fish there. So...I clicked on an area right by the pond`s edge and he walked there, I then clicked on Fish and he started fishing.
It was a bit of a hassle but he was able to fish.
I created Saskan Harbour without any non EA custom content and I don`t use any mods, I created that Graveyard without using any `cheats` and don`t know why the graveyard is like that?
I know my sim could do everything the graveyard had to offer, it was just a case of clicking on exact areas and making sure the sim followed to those areas.
Some lots are like that, on paper they should work fine (plenty of room to pass another sim, relatively easy access to whatever the sim needs on that lot etc) but when it comes to play you discover pathfinding issues which as we all know Sim 3 still suffers from and can be infuriating.
I would suggest you lead your sim to the pond`s edge, clicking till they reach it and then click on the pond to Fish. It works for me in my game (eventually) and it should work for you.
I hope your sim catches that deathfish.
